Prof. Rebecca Wambua
Prof. Rebecca Wambua is a professional with 32 years of work experience in the education sector. She is a Commonwealth of Learning Consultant and holds a PhD in Distance Education from the University of Nairobi. She is the Chairperson of Distance, Open and eLearning Practitioners’ Association of Kenya (DOLPAK). She is also the chairperson of Distance, Open and eLearning Practitioners’ Association of East Africa (DOLPA-EA).
She is a 2026-2028 elected CROSSREF Director and was awarded by London School of Digital Business, on 25th September, 2025 for Valuable Contribution to the Education Industry.

Dr Suleiman Mwangi
Dr. Mwangi is a Senior Lecturer in Education Communication and Technology at St. Paul’s University, Kenya. He has worked as a Campus Departmental Coordinator Head of Department, Dean and Ag. Deputy Vice-Chancellor Academic Affairs and lecturer for 20 years in three universities in Kenya. He previously taught at a Technical College and Secondary School for four years.

Prof. Fred N. Keraro
Prof. Fred Keraro is Professor of Biology Education in the Department of Curriculum, Instruction and Educational Management at Egerton University, Kenya.
Prof. Keraro has practiced as a Teacher Educator for the last 39 years at different levels. He started as a primary science Teacher Educator in a Primary Teachers’ Training College where he worked for six years before joining a Diploma Teachers’ College as a Biology Teacher Educator for 4 years.

Prof. Carolyne Omulando is a highly accomplished academic professional with extensive experience in education and leadership. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in English Language Education and has a strong background in educational communication and technology. Prof. Omulando has served in various academic roles, including as a lecturer and full professor, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills. Her career objective is to continue contributing to the field of education and organizational growth, making her an invaluable asset to any institution.

Delephine Nabangala Mukhwana
Delphine Mukhwana is a trained graduate teacher with a Masters in project management. She is currently pursuing a master’s in Education (Curriculum Development) at Kenyatta University. She worked in Kenya Methodist University as a Research Fellow, prior to joining Masinde Muliro University in the Directorate of Research and Postgraduate Studies.
She has been actively involved in guiding students and staff in networking and branding for enhanced visibility aimed at grant writing. She is also passionate in resource mobilization. Delphine is also an Executive Secretary of DOLPAK and DOLPA-EA.
